This workshop explores solutions to some real-life ethical dilemmas and practical quandaries often faced by mediators. A panel of experienced mediators explores, with audience interaction, many of the perplexing, serious, not-so-serious, and sometimes bizarre problems that vex, test and entertain the busy mediator. Attendees should come prepared to sit near the front of the room, scratch their heads, and participate.
