FAQ’s

*Most orders are shipped out the same day we receive them. However, there are rare times when our entire staff is out recording, in that case it may take us a few days to send it out.

*Audio CD’s are shipped via U.S. mail and shipping time is generally 3 business days. MP3 files can be downloaded to your computer immediately after placing your order.

*Recordings guaranteed to be free of defects.

*DRC Audio recordings are recorded live at the Florida Dispute Resolution Center conference held annually in Orlando Florida and qualify for Florida Mediator Continuing Education.

*Our recordings will satisfy the “live” CME requirement as long as you listen with another adult.

*If you intend to download recordings onto an Apple iPad or iPhone you may need to first download a free app (like My Media) that allows you to download and play MP3/MP4 files.

*Mediators are required to self-report hours applicable to their areas of certification at the time of their renewal. CME reporting form here

*Answers to many questions regarding CME requirements and reporting can be found on the Florida State Courts website here

*DRC recordings qualify for CME credits without expiration, they also qualify for CLE credits as long as presentation was given within the past 18 months. If you require CLE credits and need the FL Bar course number please contact us after you place your order.
