In this interactive workshop, participants will gain a hands-on understanding of how domestic violence can be present in a wide range of cases: from small claims to family law and from contract litigation to probate. We will discuss how to assess matters to see if domestic violence is present, how to assess safety issues, ways to end or proceed with mediation, and resources available for mediators to understand this matter more fully.
